A veteran’s organization contacted us in 2014 after sending his lead through an electronic RFP system for his meeting in Las Vegas. He received nothing but declines from all the hotels saying his event wasn’t large enough or they didn’t have space available.
Upon hearing this, Conference Event Management reached out to our resources in the industry using our expertise in RFP processing, and we were immediately able to secure space at a well-respected Las Vegas property. The client went on to host a very successful event. After using our hotel site selection (booking) services, he even wrote a stellar testimonial on his experience with us.

The following year, the client was in a time crunch and thought it might be best if he booked a hotel in a city where he knew his group needed to be. The contract was missing integral protection clauses for the event and issues arose on site, and as they say, he didn’t know what he didn’t know. He had no assistance in sorting out the contract, and issues quickly arose. Ever since that unfortunate experience, we've been pleased to be able to provide our VIP client with our NO COST site selection, sourcing, and contracting services.
