OPPORTUNITY —

Our client had ambitious intentions for impressing agents at every event during their incentive trip, including an awards banquet, a cocktail reception, a welcome dinner, organized activities, a karaoke party, and a business meeting, all within a pre–established budget. A challenge arose when the group size quickly exceeded the room capacity of the all–inclusive resort over a holiday weekend and the only option was to split the guests between two different sister properties, a mile apart from each other. 

Conference Event Management customized a plan with the hotel event staff and destination management company to ensure that participants could easily travel back and forth between resorts, at no cost to them. Through creativity, strength in negotiation, and organization, we presented the client with options for awing participants with remarkable entertainment and events throughout the week–long trip. Despite the holiday weekend and increased traffic in Cancun, every special request was accommodated and no one felt slighted with the arrangements created for their VIP stay. In addition, we saved the client more than $350,000 between hotels, travel expenses, and other key categories of spend.
