Our insurance client wanted to reward agents with an out-of-country pampering experience at one of the nicest and more pricey hotels, the St. Regis Punta Mita, Mexico, with a fairly tight budget. With only a short timeline of three nights to stimulate enthusiasm in participants, there was no room for disappointment. Planning challenges arose when a Mexican election slowed transportation between the airport and hotel and an unexpected American presidential visit created room-booking issues for guests looking to extend their stays.
Our team worked behind the scenes before the trip and on-site to come up with solutions to any issues and ensure that our attendees only experienced an outstanding event, despite the hotel transitioning through key staff and political events. Each attendee received personalized butler service and activities of their choice. We also arranged day-time activities including spa treatments, golf, and a private ocean party; we handled special requests and VIP reservations, provided a gift suite experience, and managed an awards dinner and dance that turned into the “party of the year” for this group of guests.
